Shipping offers that follow your store’s rules

A shipping offer can be more specific than “free delivery for everyone.” You may want it to apply only when a cart qualifies, contains a particular product, or ships to a supported location.

Kavach’s shipping-offer rules let you connect a shipping incentive to supported conditions.

Four ways to shape an offer

• Free shipping: remove the charge for eligible shipping options.
• Percentage off: discount eligible shipping charges by a chosen percentage.
• Fixed amount off: subtract a specified amount from the shipping charge.
• Discounted fixed price: reduce shipping to a target price. A cheaper existing rate is not increased.

You can apply an offer to all shipping options or select shipping options by name.

Start with a clear qualification rule

For example, you might want to offer free shipping when an order passes a cart-value threshold. Another policy could apply a shipping discount for an eligible product or destination.

These are examples of how to frame a policy, not a promise that any one offer will increase conversions. Choose conditions that match your fulfilment costs and store requirements.

Check the plan and compatibility requirements

Shipping offers are available on Starter, Growth, and Pro, not the Free plan.

The offer must be published and successfully synchronized with Shopify before it can apply at checkout. A saved draft is not enough.

The current shipping-offer configuration does not combine with product, order, or other shipping discounts. Include this in your promotion planning and customer messaging.

Test the shopping experience

Check qualifying and non-qualifying carts, your selected shipping options, and the resulting charges. A fixed-price shipping offer should only lower a rate, never increase an already cheaper rate.
