Kavach is SHIVITEQ’s Shopify embedded app for checkout validation, payment customization, and conditional shipping offers.
Merchants can create supported conditions, test rules before publishing, and review publishing and synchronization status.
Shipping offers
On Starter, Growth, and Pro, shipping rules support free shipping, percentage discounts, fixed-amount discounts, or a discounted fixed shipping price. Offers can apply to all or selected shipping options and require successful Shopify synchronization.
The current shipping-offer configuration does not combine with product, order, or other shipping discounts.
Plan and platform requirements
Fixed COD fees and payment-step messages require Shopify Plus and an eligible paid Kavach plan. Activity history records app-owned activity; it is not a revenue or conversion analytics dashboard.
